Extra-curricular activities benefit students of all ages because these activities promote better social, mental, and physical health. They are a great way to explore interests, make new friends, and build social skills outside of the classroom by competing with teams from other schools. Students are encouraged to participate regardless of prior experience.
The goal is to provide a variety of extra-curricular sports for students to participate in throughout the school year such as cross country, basketball, volleyball and track and field. These activities are dependent on student interest and coaching availability by school staff and/or volunteers.
Soccer is a game played by two teams of eleven players with a round ball that may not be touched with the hands or arms during play except by the goalkeepers. The object of the game is to score goals by kicking or heading the ball into the opponents' goal.
